Adam Chapes was fantastic! Never felt pressured or like I was being sold to make a decision that wasn’t in my own best interest. Made me feel like I was in charge of the situation, which isn’t common in the auto sales industry. He was super flexible with the changes to the down payment at the last second, and provided white-glove communication since our first interaction over a month ago.

Chris was great. He came out told me what my vehicle needed and what I should expect as far as time for my vehicle being in service. Chris will be my service advisor from this point on! If you want somebody kind, caring and compassionate and understand your time restraints make Chris your service advisor as well!

Bowen explained how long my car would be there and I told them my ac is bad and they fixed that now its all cold again, and even gave my care a full detail! They are the best in town!

Brought my truck to the dealership because of the problem of it not recognizing it’s in park when it’s in park. I needed an oil change also, but I didn’t have to go to the dealership for that. I was previously getting my serviced at Sands Chevrolet, it’s much closer to my house, they also failed to help me with this problem.

My car was fixed and works well now. Mia Lusk was so very helpful to me. She was very knowledgeable.

Happy with service, and please that the service did not take that long.
