Pleasant and no hassle

Dale Chavez kept me well informed as to what the reason my car was starting to have a few problems. My car is a 2023 Buick Envision and the battery was going out. So new battery installed and we are good to go.

The Service Manager was helpful and thorough through out the process. Took care of my needs and explained what potentially was need too fix my vehicle an estimated costs. He was ritht on with his assessment and cost estimate.

Taking my car to Coulter for service is a terrific experience. All the service techs are wonderful, but I have to point out Mia Lusk as being a top-notch representative for Coulter. She’s informative and works closely with the customer to make sure that they are satisfied.

I took my 2023 Buick Envision in for an oil change. At 45000 miles it was recommended I also schedule additional service due for the vehicle. Because of my time schedule my service manager helped me select the most important service item to keep the Envision in good maintenance. I will be schedule a follow-up visit for the second item. My car had excellent service and was spotless when returned to me. The customer waiting area was clean, comfortable with great donuts and coffee selections. When the service was completed Mia Musk personally reviewed the work completed with me and answered my questions. Great visit on a very busy day for the dealership service center.
