Service advisors and management listen, explain, and take action. I saw them do things to make clients feel satisfied, not like just a number. Good service can take time, so they don’t deserve to be rushed rudely.

Salesman Angel was knowledgeable, and courteous.

Dale Chavez kept me well informed as to what the reason my car was starting to have a few problems. My car is a 2023 Buick Envision and the battery was going out. So new battery installed and we are good to go.

The Service Manager was helpful and thorough through out the process. Took care of my needs and explained what potentially was need too fix my vehicle an estimated costs. He was ritht on with his assessment and cost estimate.

Taking my car to Coulter for service is a terrific experience. All the service techs are wonderful, but I have to point out Mia Lusk as being a top-notch representative for Coulter. She’s informative and works closely with the customer to make sure that they are satisfied.

Great service. I trust Mia with all of maintenance. She knows how to multitask and get me to and from work on time. Great work and my car drives well.
