I brought the car to the service department on February 25th related to tier sensors malfunction. At that appointment I explained the advisor that the radio has some problems and was told that the care needs to be in the shop for at least 4 days. I told the adviser that I will be out of town on April 13th for 4 days and I will drop the car on that day in the morning. It was perfect according to the advisor. On April 13th I dropped my car in the morning and when I called on Thursday the 16th I was told the radio failed to take the computerized updates and a new radio was ordered. The new radio should be in the following Tuesday. I came on the 16th of April and got my car back since I needed it. The second new radio should have been in the shop but despite all my calls I did not get response from my advisor. On the following Monday, April 27th I called the shop and requested to talk to a supervisor. That was the time that I learned that my advisor is no longer with the company. Yet no one in the shop bothered to check loose ends with customers voicemail or other. At that time I was transferred to another advisor and set up an appointment for April 29th to replace the radio. I also learned on April 29th that the second radio did not accept the new update and I was provided with a loaner after sitting in the shop for 4 hours. What should have been 2 hours job. On May 13th I got a call that the car is ready but, I was in event and could not bring the car that day. I brought the car back on May 14th and found out that the second advisor was let go of the company and had to deal with a new one. She was very nice and professional. I did not had any complaints about the previous 2 advisors. The operational of the SHOP has a lot to be desired in answering to the need of the customers. You need to check for loose ends when you let go of an advisor.

My service advisor Bo Sigler and technician Dave Amator took fabulous care of my car by servicing everything that needed servicing and checking everything as I approach the end of my extended warranty. I couldn’t ask for better service. Coulter’s employees are always professional and respectful and a pleasure to do business with.
