Mia Lusk my Service Rep was Outstanding keeping me Updated & Timely

Had several things that were expertly taken care of. Bo always makes the process easy with his expert and professional care. So happy to have found this dealership and such a great service department.

Coulter is the best of the best! Great customer service, great service, great staff!

I was very pleased with Coulter in general. The personnel, facility, and the inventory. Dureen O., the sales rep, was very helpful, in that she listened, understood, my needs, and showed only vehicles that met my criteria. Once i made my choice, the process went very quickly. All of the features of my new vehicle were explained to me, not that I remember them all, but that's why it comes with a very comprehensive manual. I have bought from Coulter in the past, and will again. Thanks Coulter Gary M.

Enjoyed the process your finance guy was a bit aggressive about buying the add ons upset my husband a bit. The coming in annd dealing with Joe was awesome definitely will send references his way .
